Job Summary

Lead the integral B2B digitalization and automation strategy for Datacrédito Experian, aiming to offer a 100% digital, agile, and self-managed experience to business clients, mainly SMEs. This role will be responsible for redesigning and automating key processes, driving the adoption of digital channels, and promoting organizational efficiency through digitalization and automation using agile methodologies to reduce implementation times.

Must Have

  • Lead and implement the B2B digitalization roadmap.
  • Identify critical processes for automation or total digitalization.
  • Redesign and optimize sales, maintenance, renewal, and after-sales processes.
  • Lead interfunctional teams in automation and digitalization projects.
  • Define, measure, and report digital transformation KPIs.
  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Economics, Systems or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience leading digital transformation, automation, or process improvement projects.
  • Proven experience in financial, data, technology, or fintech sectors.
  • Experience in designing and executing B2B digital strategies and self-management models.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking).
  • Technical knowledge in end-to-end digital process design, automation tools (RPA, CRM, AI, chatbots), UX/CX, customer journeys, digital adoption, project management platforms (Power BI, Jira, Salesforce), data analytics, digital performance, and operational efficiency models.
  • Intermediate English (written and conversational).

Lead the integral B2B digitalization and automation strategy of Datacrédito Experian, with the objective of offering a 100% digital, agile, and self-managed experience to business clients, mainly SMEs.

This role will be responsible for redesigning and automating key processes, driving the adoption of digital channels, and promoting organizational efficiency through digitalization and automation using agile methodologies to reduce implementation times.

Deliverables:

  • Integral B2B digitalization and automation strategy.
  • Implementation of 100% digital journeys for sales, onboarding, maintenance, and client renewal.
  • Self-management models for the SME segment and scalable solutions for medium and large clients.
  • Commercial and operational automation plan with a focus on efficiency and customer experience.
  • Digital transformation roadmap with conversion, adoption, and satisfaction KPIs.
  • Dashboard for monitoring digital performance and process analytics.
  • Coordination of cross-functional teams and agile automation project management.

Responsibilities of the position:

1. Digital Transformation and Automation Strategy

  • Design, lead, and implement the B2B business digitalization roadmap.
  • Identify critical processes for automation or total digitalization, prioritizing impact on experience and profitability.
  • Align the digital strategy with business, product, operations, and technology priorities.
  • Ensure that the digital experience is client-friendly, self-managed, and omnichannel.

2. Process Redesign and Management

  • Map, document, and optimize sales, maintenance, renewal, and after-sales processes.
  • Integrate digital tools, intelligent automation, CRM, AI, and advanced analytics.
  • Ensure consistency, traceability, and efficiency of digitalized processes.
  • Promote a continuous improvement approach based on data and customer feedback.

3. Leadership and Cross-functional Management

  • Lead interfunctional teams in automation and digitalization projects.
  • Strategically influence key areas that do not directly depend on this position.
  • Foster a culture of agility, collaboration, and digital thinking throughout the organization.
  • Coordinate adoption and cultural change towards self-management and digitalization.

4. Analytics and Performance Monitoring

  • Define, measure, and report digital transformation KPIs: digital adoption, digital NPS, conversion time, operational efficiency, etc.
  • Translate behavioral, conversion, and satisfaction metrics into concrete optimization actions.
  • Ensure complete traceability of the digital journey and the impact of automation.

5. Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Incorporate global best practices in commercial automation, self-service, and digital customer experience.
  • Identify new technologies, trends, and tools that enhance B2B digitalization.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous learning oriented towards the client.
  • Constantly optimize processes, tools, and agile methodologies to accelerate transformation.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Economics, Systems or related fields. Specialization or Master's degree in Digital Transformation, Innovation, Project Management or Strategic Management (desirable).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience leading digital transformation, automation or process improvement projects. Proven experience in financial, data, technology or fintech sectors. Experience in designing and executing B2B digital strategies and self-management models. Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking) and management of cross-functional projects.
  • Required technical knowledge:
  • End-to-end digital process design.
  • Implementation of automation tools (RPA, CRM, AI, chatbots, etc.).
  • Knowledge in UX/CX, customer journeys and digital adoption.
  • Experience with project management and analytics platforms (Power BI, Jira, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data analytics, digital performance and operational efficiency models.
  • Languages: Intermediate English (written and conversational) to work with global teams and technical documentation.
