Job Summary

The Account Manager will lead their territory, manage client relationships, identify strategic opportunities, and develop high-value proposals. They will apply the company's proprietary sales methodology to drive opportunities and are responsible for monthly and annual projections, client updates, account plans, new client information, and innovation product placement.

Must Have

  • Lead territory, manage relationships, opportunities, and strategic information.
  • Lead training sessions, linking business needs with use cases.
  • Identify compelling reasons for clients to act with urgency.
  • Develop prioritization plans based on market potential and investment history.
  • Understand client value chain, differentiators, and strategic challenges.
  • Develop business relationships with decision-makers.
  • Build high-value proposals including success stories and technical knowledge.
  • Apply proprietary sales methodology.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client management across various economic sectors (large companies, financial, Fintech, cooperative, services).
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B commercial experience, preferably in services and consultative sales.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Bizagi, Salesforce.
  • Education: Industrial Engineer, Business Administrator, Social Communicator.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Lead your territory, manage the relationship, opportunities, relevant events, strategic information, and any other input that facilitates the company's positioning.
  • Lead training sessions where, through consultative techniques, you link business needs with use cases.
  • Identify compelling reasons why the client should act with a high sense of urgency to invest in a solution like the one offered.
  • Have a panoramic vision of the market that you use to develop prioritization plans based on potential by industry, investment history in services, and affinity with the solutions portfolio.
  • Understand the client's value chain, their main differentiators in the market; as well as strategic challenges including the behavior of their competitors.
  • Develop business relationships with decision-makers beyond the responsible department.
  • Build high-value proposals that include success stories, industry needs, and the team's technical knowledge.
  • Apply the company's proprietary solution sales methodology to drive the development of your opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Education: Industrial Engineer, Business Administrator, Social Communicator.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in managing clients of all levels in different economic sectors, large companies, financial, Fintech, cooperative and Services. Minimum 3 years of B2B commercial experience, preferably in the services sector and consultative sales.
  • Required technical knowledge: Excel, Power Point, Bizagi, Salesforce
