Job Summary

Responsible for the management of Manual Invoices, Credit Notes, Policies, Negotiations, Bids, and monitoring of indicators. The role aims to free up operational burden for sales representatives, allowing them to focus primarily on commercial management. Key responsibilities include weekly and monthly tracking of sales team performance, process automation, optimizing indicator measurement, and coordinating public and private entity bids and negotiations.

Must Have

  • Manage Manual Invoices, Credit Notes, Policies, Negotiations, and Bids.
  • Perform weekly and monthly monitoring of sales team performance indicators.
  • Generate impact on process automation within the area.
  • Optimize the measurement process for each indicator.
  • Manage Policies for negotiations with public and private entities.
  • Coordinate Bids from public and private entities for greater proposal reach.
  • Follow up with project manager on current broker for policy issuance.
  • Develop and structure bidding processes with BD and Commercial teams.
  • Prepare and structure negotiations according to commercial manager/KAM needs.
  • Present reports requested by vice presidency and direct manager.
  • Support operational processes of the commercial force.
  • Professional degree in Industrial Engineering or administrative careers.
  • 1-2 years knowledge of bidding processes and policy management.
  • Intermediate-advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Office Suite and Public Procurement Platform (SECOP 1, SECOP 2).

Purpose of the position:

Responsible for the management of Manual Invoices, Credit Notes, Policies, Negotiations, Bids, and monitoring of indicators, seeking to free up operational burden for sales representatives who are mostly engaged in commercial management.

Deliverables:

Credit Notes, Manual Invoices, Bids, Policies, negotiations requested by commercial, indicators.

Responsibilities of the position:

1. Perform weekly and monthly monitoring of performance and management indicators for the commercial team (e.g., minutes, achievements, compliance, visits, among others).

2. Generate impact on process automation within the area.

3. Optimize the measurement process for each indicator.

4. Manage Policies for negotiations with public and private entities.

5. Coordinate Bids from public and private entities for a greater reach in the proposals sent.

6. Follow up with the project manager on the current broker for policy issuance, in order to establish points for improvement.

7. Develop and structure each bidding process in joint work with BD and Commercial, ensuring it is submitted on time and under the negotiation guidelines (policies) established by Experian.

8. Prepare and structure negotiations according to the needs format sent by the commercial manager/KAM, ensuring compliance with the guidelines defined by each area of the negotiation flow.

9. Present reports requested by the vice presidency and direct manager.

10. Support contingency for the team that supports the operational processes of the commercial force.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Education: Professional in Industrial Engineering and administrative careers.
  • Experience: 1-2 years knowledge of bidding processes, policy management, intermediate-advanced Excel, presentation of indicators.
  • Required technical knowledge: Office Suite, Public Procurement Platform (SECOP 1, SECOP 2).
  • Plus: PowerBI
  • Competencies: Proactivity - Teamwork - Assertive Communication - Situation and Time Management.
