Responsible for managing manual invoices, credit notes, policies, negotiations, bids, and tracking indicators to relieve sales representatives of operational burden, allowing them to focus on commercial management. Key responsibilities include weekly and monthly performance tracking, process automation, optimizing indicator measurement, managing public and private entity policies and bids, and structuring negotiation processes.

Purpose of the position:
Responsible for the management of Manual Invoices, Credit Notes, Policies, Negotiations, Bids and monitoring of indicators, seeking to free up operational burden for sales representatives who spend most of their time on commercial management.
Deliverables:
Credit Notes, Manual Invoices, Bids, Policies, negotiations requested by sales, indicators.
Responsibilities of the position:
1. Carry out weekly and monthly monitoring of performance and management indicators for the sales team (e.g., minutes, achievements, compliance, visits, among others)
2. Generate impact on process automation within the area.
3. Optimize the process of measuring each indicator
4. Manage Policies for negotiations with public and private entities
5. Coordinate Bids from public and private entities for greater reach in the proposals submitted
6. Follow up with the project manager on the current broker for policy issuance, in order to establish points for improvement.
7. Develop and structure each bidding process in joint work with BD and Commercial, ensuring that it is presented on time and under the guidelines (policies) of negotiations established by Experian.
8. Prepare and structure negotiations according to the needs format sent by the commercial manager/KAM, ensuring compliance with the guidelines defined by each area of the negotiation flow.
9. Present reports requested by the vice presidency and direct manager
10. Support contingency of the team that supports the operational processes of the sales force.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Education: Professional in Industrial Engineering and administrative careers.
- Experience: 1-2 years knowledge of bidding processes, policy management, intermediate-advanced Excel proficiency, presentation of indicators.
- Required technical knowledge: Office Suite, Public procurement platform (SECOP 1, SECOP 2)
- Plus: PowerBI
- Competencies: Proactivity - Teamwork - Assertive Communication - Situation and time management.
