The Product Manager at Experian transforms business opportunities into high-impact, scalable products, leading strategy, conceptualization, design, execution, launch, evolution, adoption, and performance. This role optimizes product-market fit through agile experimentation and growth strategies, enables new revenue streams, and ensures portfolio viability, sustainability, and scalability. The manager integrates various capabilities like Analytics, Technology, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Sales to build solutions that digitalize, automate, and improve client processes in credit risk management, monitoring market trends, and contributing to perceived customer value and revenue goals.
Must Have
- Define and manage product roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
- Lead conceptualization, development, and launch of new products.
- Design and execute growth strategies using agile experimentation.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and BD for market deployment.
- Define and track key KPIs for product performance.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Technology, Analytics, Legal, Finance).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles in financial technology and telecommunications companies.
- Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Systems Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- Specialization in Projects, Product Management, Agile Methodologies, Marketing, Innovation, or Business Growth.
- Demonstrate competencies in Strategic Vision, Product Management, Growth Strategies, Data-driven mindset, Innovation and Creativity.

Job Description
The Product Manager converts business opportunities into high-impact and scalable products, leading end-to-end the strategy, conceptualization, design, execution, and launch, as well as the evolution, adoption, and performance of Experian's key products. Their mission is to optimize product-market fit through agile experimentation and growth strategies, enable new revenue lines, and ensure the viability, sustainability, and scalability of the portfolio, strengthening profitability and brand positioning.
They exercise situational leadership and integrate capabilities from Analytics, Technology, Digital Transformation, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Marketing, Consulting, Service & Operations, Delivery, BD, and Commercial, to build solutions that digitalize, automate, and improve client processes in Acquisition, Maintenance, Collection, and Identity Validation (credit risk cycle). Ensuring a roadmap aligned with strategic priorities, they monitor market trends and ensure the correct operational performance of the product, contributing to the growth of perceived customer value and the achievement of revenue objectives.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
1. Strategy and Product Management
- Define and manage the product roadmap, articulating stakeholder needs and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Offer strategic direction to guarantee value proposition, financial objectives, and market positioning.
- Design business cases and success plans to support strategic decisions.
2. Innovation, Creation, and Scaling
- Lead the conceptualization, development, and launch of new products in existing and emerging markets.
- Design and execute growth strategies, applying agile experimentation (A/B testing, MVPs) and optimizing the acquisition and retention funnel.
- Explore non-traditional data sources and trends to identify innovation opportunities.
3. Go-to-Market and Adoption
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and BD for market deployment, including team training and pre-sales support.
- Manage communication and marketing needs to position the product.
- Ensure product adoption and scalability in target segments.
4. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
- Define and track key KPIs to evaluate performance and adjust strategies.
- Iterate on the product based on data insights, market feedback, and emerging trends.
- Develop and maintain management indicators with different areas.
5. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Technology, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure delivery and scalability.
- Build strategic relationships with internal and external partners to foster innovation and growth.
6. Support and Customer Experience
- Accompany the resolution of technical inquiries and critical incident management.
- Support pre-sales processes for pioneer clients, ensuring an experience aligned with the value proposition.
Qualifications
Professional Background:
Professional in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Systems Engineering, Business Administration or related areas.
Specialization required in Projects, Product Management, Agile Methodologies, Marketing, Innovation or Business Growth.
Desirable Master's degree in Innovation Management, Big Data, Strategic Management or related areas. (A master's degree can fulfill the specialization requirement).
Desirable to have courses and certifications in Growth Hacking, Business Growth Techniques, New Vertical Development, Data Analytics.
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles in financial technology and telecommunications companies.
