Junior Product Analyst

ZeptoLab is seeking a Junior Product Analyst to join their game teams. This role involves leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities, test ideas, and guide product decisions. The analyst will work closely with product managers, game designers, and the BizDev team, contributing to games loved by millions and influencing critical product success.

Must Have

• Find ways to achieve company and product goals through data/market analysis
• Work with Amplitude analytics system for data access
• Collaborate closely with Product Manager, Game Designer, and BizDev team
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience in data analysis
• Knowledge of SQL
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing A/B tests
• Solid structural and critical thinking skills
• Strong self-organizational skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to form hypotheses, make conclusions, and suggest ideas
• Growth mindset
• Excellent English proficiency

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Python scripting
• Experience in the gaming industry

Key Responsibilities

• Find the ways to achieve company and product goals through the data/market analysis;
• Easy & flexible access to data - you will work with Amplitude analytics system;
• Work on a product in close cooperation with Product Manager, Game Designer and BizDev team;
• Be a part of a passionate analytics team, who love to learn and share knowledge;
• Influence the product and help make critical decisions that will markedly impact the success of our games.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar role;
• Experience in data analysis;
• Knowledge of SQL;
• A/B Testing Experience: hands-on experience designing and implementing A/B tests to evaluate product changes;
• Solid structural and critical thinking skills;
• Strong self-organizational skills;
• Outstanding communication skills - you’ll need to find a common language with different teams;
• The ability to form hypotheses, make conclusions and suggest ideas;
• Growth mindset - you are curious and constantly want to learn new things;
• Excellent English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python scripting;
