We’re looking for a Head of Client-Side who’s passionate about clean code, real impact, and making things better - not just maintaining the status quo. You’ll shape the client-side strategy across a diverse game portfolio, lead a team of talented engineers, and roll up your sleeves when needed (yes, real hands-on coding!).
What You'll Do
- Set the vision for client-side tech (ZeptoLab-framework, Unity, common modules)
- Drive hands-on improvements (15% of time)
- Align with stakeholders and present clear, well-structured tech plans
- Grow and mentor a strong team (career paths, feedback, performance)
- Spot problems before they happen - and fix them
- Support cross-functional projects and external partnerships (including work-for-hire)
- Own Tech Art direction alongside core tech leadership
