Job Summary

The Capture Mobile group focuses on recording various mobile communications like WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, Signal, SMS, MMS, and calls for compliance. This Product Manager role involves leading the mobile product portfolio, defining product vision and roadmap, and driving the product lifecycle from requirements to launch, ensuring market needs and company strategy are met.

Must Have

  • Understand and analyze competitor offerings, customer pains, and product metrics.
  • Develop a comprehensive product vision and roadmap for mobile capture apps and archiving cloud applications.
  • Drive all aspects of the product lifecycle, including requirements definition, product planning, and design.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Development, engineering, sales, and delivery teams.
  • Champion product offerings and communicate benefits to users and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate high ownership and accountability.
  • Establish as a Point of Contact for area of expertise.
  • Possess strong time management skills.
  • BS degree in a technology-related field or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or equivalent leadership roles.
  • Experience building mobile apps as part of SaaS offerings.
  • Experience in User Experience design, Analytics, or Business Intelligence tools.
  • Technical background.
  • Understanding of corporate IT environments and mobile communication protocols.
  • Experience in iOS and Android applications, application stores, and MDM/EMM tools.
  • Experience with Security and Privacy Regulations, or Financial and Governmental compliance.
  • Knowledge of IP protocols, networking, mobile, client-server, application development, and telecom protocols.
  • Experience with UX/UI of mobile apps.

The Capture Mobile group records WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, Signal as well as SMS, MMS, Calls and other communications for compliance purposes, and is integrated with the leading archiving and surveillance vendors. Team members gather product requirements and turn them into working software that satisfy market needs while working with engineering and other teams to develop, revise and maintain software artefacts, product engineering processes, scale and performance criteria.

The candidate will be an integral part of the Capture Mobile product group, in charge of mobile apps as well as other client and server product responsibilities, security, privacy, connectivity and other product lifecycle responsibilities.

The candidate will assist in building the company’s mobile product portfolio, develop and enhance our products in a way that meets company strategy, market trends and customer demand.

Essential Functions

  • Understand and lead analyses of the competitor offerings, customer pains and needs and product metrics to determine the right set of features to customer success and retention
  • Develop a comprehensive product vision and roadmap for mobile capture apps, archiving cloud applications to deliver on business goals
  • Drive all aspects of the product lifecycle, including: requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing epics, user stories and User Experience mocks) of new features and enhancements
  • Work cross functionally and with the Product Development team, engineering and other sales and delivery trams to launch newer applications and features
  • Champion the product offerings by evangelizing and clearly communicating product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders
  • High level of ownership and accountability with a mindset of “getting things done”
  • Establish oneself as the Point of Contact for your area of expertise/knowledge.
  • Strong time management skills – ability to consistently meet deadlines, define timetables, balance multiple priorities, and manage projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • BS degree in a technology-related field or equivalent. MBA is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent leadership roles
  • Experience building Mobile apps as part of SaaS offerings with a proven ability to drive product planning, development and launch
  • Experience in User Experience design, Analytics or Business Intelligence tools.
