Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analytics, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and a working knowledge of MS Power BI. This role involves supporting data management, procurement processes, and general office administration. It requires a proactive individual who can manage inventory, reporting, and budget tracking in a fast-paced environment.

Must Have

  • Prepare and maintain Monthly Management Reports (MMR).
  • Track contract staff attendance and operational expenses.
  • Develop dashboards and business reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Support procurement activities for office supplies and events.
  • Assist with purchase orders and vendor coordination.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and consumables.
  • Provide administrative support to operations and procurement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • 1-3 years experience in MIS, data analysis, or procurement.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Experience in data analytics and business reporting.
  • Familiarity with procurement and inventory management.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • MIS & Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain Monthly Management Reports (MMR), including:
  • Contract Staff Attendance Tracking.
  • Budget vs Actual Expense Analysis
  • Operational Expense Reports.
  • Develop dashboards and business reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts), PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Conduct data analysis to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Procurement & Office Assistance:
  • Support procurement activities, including:
  • Office supplies.
  • Event-related purchases.
  • General goods and material.
  • Assist in processing purchase orders, vendor coordination, and follow-ups
  • Track and manage inventory of office supplies and consumables.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to the operations and procurement teams.
  • Maintain documentation accuracy and proper record-keeping.
  • Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks as required.

Key Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, data analysis, procurement, or office administration.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Experience in data analytics and business reporting.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
