Job Summary

The Salesforce Specialist will design, maintain, and optimize scalable solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds. This role involves defining architecture strategy, development standards, and best practices, ensuring security, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include managing users, configurations, automations, and integrations with corporate systems using APIs, Mulesoft, and ETLs. The specialist will lead development in Apex, LWC, and SOQL, implement DevOps/CI/CD practices, and provide advanced technical support and training. The purpose is to lead the development team for the Decision Engine, ensuring quality software components and adherence to defined standards.

Must Have

  • Implement Data Governance, deduplication, and cleansing policies.
  • Administer audits, MFA, logs, and security configurations.
  • Provide advanced support (level 2 and 3) and training.
  • 5+ years administering and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience leading Salesforce multi-cloud projects and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
  • Experience in Flows, Process Automation, Data Management.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Marketing Cloud and Digital Engagement.
  • Knowledge of Data Cloud and Einstein AI.
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification.

Job Description

  • Design and maintain scalable solutions in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Define architecture strategy, development standards, and best practices.
  • Evaluate new functionalities (Einstein AI, Data Cloud) and propose continuous improvements.
  • Ensure security, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Complete management of users, roles, permissions, automations, and security.
  • Configuration and maintenance of objects, flows, validations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, and resolution of critical incidents.
  • Administration of the release cycle, sandbox strategy, and environments.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with agile methodologies.
  • Coordinate with global teams and providers for strategic integrations.
  • Lead design, refinement, and technical review sessions.
  • Supervise integrations with corporate systems (API REST/SOAP, Mulesoft, Snowflake, ETLs).
  • Lead development in Apex, LWC, SOQL, ensuring quality and test coverage.
  • Implement DevOps and CI/CD practices (Copado, Gearset, Git, Azure DevOps).
  • Implement Data Governance, deduplication, and cleansing policies.
  • Administer audits, MFA, logs, and security configurations.
  • Compliance with global regulations (GDPR, ISO, internal policies).

Purpose of the position:

The Decision Engine Solutions Leader is responsible for detailed analysis and design, construction, and delivery for quality testing of software components for the Decision Engine, meeting agreed-upon acceptance criteria and ensuring adherence to defined policies, standards, and metrics for the area.

They must provide the necessary advice in defining criteria and managing Bureau policies that make the final product a quality and effective system.

Deliverables:

Deliverables are part of the System Design Package (SDP) for Digital Solutions:

  • Development components to be cataloged in each of the environments.
  • Documentation of unit tests performed.
  • Development execution manuals.
  • Project cataloging in Development and Testing environments.
  • Analysis in research cases reported by the client.

Responsibilities of the position:

Lead the decision engine development team, manage assignment of responsibilities, and generate improvement actions in the software development flow.

Perform detailed analysis and design for the implementation of assigned projects and product versions, within the vision, guidelines, and standards defined in the Product Architecture.

Ensure that detailed analysis and design documentation is kept up to date.

Build and deliver software components that meet assigned functional and non-functional requirements; as well as the effort, duration, and quality metrics defined for the area.

Requirements Analysis - BRD (Business Requirement Document). Provide support in defining criteria and information Bureau policies for the development of credit policies for the decision engine.

Provide support for incidents generated by inconsistencies that arise with processes developed and delivered to clients in the production environment.

Manage the detailed activities of the assigned decision engine solutions construction project for the execution of implementations, daily report the time invested in each of the activities performed and the progress against the plans outlined.

Offer technical direction in decision engine solutions projects to our clients, ensuring the fulfillment of their value proposition, financial, and business objectives.

Support the commercial and BD team in the initiation and maintenance phase of our clients' projects.

Guarantee customer satisfaction (NPS: Net Promoter Score) in their role.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience
  • Professional in Systems Engineering, Software, Informatics, or related fields.
  • 5+ years administering and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience leading Salesforce multi-cloud projects and technical teams.

Technical Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Marketing Cloud and Digital Engagement desirable).
  • Experience in Flows, Process Automation, Data Management.
  • Advanced development in Apex, LWC, SOQL.
  • Integrations with APIs, Mulesoft, ETLs.
  • Experience in DevOps/CI-CD and deployment tools.
  • Knowledge of Data Cloud and Einstein AI (plus).

Desired Certifications

  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201).
  • Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer I.
  • Architecture or Consulting Certifications (plus).
