Job Summary

The Decision Solutions Development Analyst is responsible for detailed analysis, design, construction, and quality testing of software components for the Decision Engine. This role ensures adherence to agreed-upon acceptance criteria, policies, standards, and metrics. The analyst provides essential advice on defining criteria and managing Bureau policies to ensure the final product is a high-quality and effective system, contributing to the overall success of digital solutions.

Must Have

  • Lead the decision engine development team, manage responsibility assignments, and generate improvement actions in the software development flow.
  • Perform detailed analysis and design for assigned project and product version implementations, adhering to product architecture vision and standards.
  • Ensure detailed analysis and design documentation is kept up-to-date.
  • Build and deliver software components meeting assigned functional and non-functional requirements, and defined effort, duration, and quality metrics.
  • Analyze Requirements - BRD. Support defining Bureau information criteria and policies for credit policy development for the decision engine.
  • Support incidents arising from inconsistencies in processes developed and delivered to clients in production.
  • Manage detailed activities of assigned decision engine solution construction projects, report daily time invested and progress against plans.
  • Provide technical direction on decision engine solution projects to clients, ensuring value proposition, financial, and business objectives are met.
  • Support the commercial and BD team in the initiation and maintenance phase of client projects.
  • Ensure client satisfaction (NPS) in this role.
  • Systems Engineer, Electronics Engineer or related, or final year student.
  • 1 year in related roles, including software development and direct client support.

Job Description

The Decision Solutions Development Analyst is responsible for detailed analysis and design, construction, and delivery for quality testing of software components for the Decision Engine, meeting agreed-upon acceptance criteria and ensuring adherence to defined policies, standards, and metrics for the area.

They must provide necessary advice in defining criteria and managing Bureau policies to ensure the final product is a quality and effective system.

Deliverables:

Deliverables are part of the System Design Package (SDP) for Digital Solutions:

  • Development components to be cataloged in each environment.
  • Documentation of unit tests performed.
  • Development execution manuals.
  • Project cataloging in Development and Testing environments.
  • Analysis in research cases reported by the client.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead the decision engine development team, manage responsibility assignments, and generate improvement actions in the software development flow.

Perform detailed analysis and design for the implementation of assigned projects and product versions, within the vision, guidelines, and standards defined in the Product Architecture.

Ensure that detailed analysis and design documentation is kept up-to-date.

Build and deliver software components that meet assigned functional and non-functional requirements; as well as the effort, duration, and quality metrics defined for the area.

Requirements Analysis - BRD (Business Requirement Document). Provide support in defining criteria and information Bureau policies for the development of credit policies for the decision engine.

Provide support for incidents generated by inconsistencies that arise with processes developed and delivered to clients in the production environment.

Manage the detailed activities of the assigned decision engine solution construction project for the execution of implementations, daily reporting of time invested in each activity performed and progress against planned targets.

Offer technical direction on decision engine solution projects to our clients, ensuring the fulfillment of their value proposition, financial, and business objectives.

Support the commercial and BD team in the initiation and maintenance phase of our clients' projects.

Ensure client satisfaction (NPS: Net Promoter Score) in your role.

Qualifications

Education: Systems Engineer, Electronics Engineer or related, or final year student.

Experience: 1 year in related roles. Software development, direct client support.

Required technical knowledge: Software Development, Databases, Application Integration, Java, Javascript, Python, SQL or JSON
