BI Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across our games to understand their needs, design insightful dashboards, and deliver actionable analyses. This role is crucial in helping teams interpret data to inform decision-making and improve performance. You will collaborate to gather requirements, build interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, conduct data analysis, optimize SQL queries, and contribute to the Analytics team's technical skill enhancement.

Must Have

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and summarize requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Conduct data analysis and generate insights.
• Write and optimize SQL queries.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with a data visualization tool (preferably Tableau).
• Experience interpreting and translating stakeholder requirements into actionable insights and reports.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to apply them in analyses.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.

Good to Have

• Experience with Databricks is desirable.
• Knowledge of Python is optional but beneficial.
• Interest in and familiarity with cutting-edge data visualization technologies and techniques.
