  • Predictive Modeling Oversight: Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to build "Lookalike" and "Propensity" models that predict user behavior, churn, and high-value actions.
  • Privacy & Compliance: Ensure all audience insights initiatives are "Privacy-by-Design," adhering to global regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and Yahoo’s internal security standards (The Paranoids).
  • Executive Influence: Transform massive datasets into high-level narratives for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). You are expected to answer "What is the commercial value of our audience today vs. 12 months from now?"
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Manage large-scale partnerships with external data providers (e.g., Nielsen, Comscore, MRI) and internal cloud infrastructure budgets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 12+ years in data-driven insights, business intelligence, or product analytics.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of Identity Resolution, the Post-Cookie landscape, and First-Party Data monetization.
  • Technical Literacy: Fluency in SQL, Python, or R is expected, along with deep experience in Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar modern data stacks.
