Job Summary

This role is for a Marketing Manager/Supervisor to join Tihuayuan (Hangzhou) Brand Management Co., Ltd. in Shanghai. The primary responsibilities include assisting in the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans, managing content and ad placements on mainstream social media platforms like Xiaohongshu and Douyin, and monitoring brand reputation. The position also involves operating brand social media accounts and supporting large-scale e-commerce marketing events. Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong social media and e-commerce acumen, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Must Have

  • 1+ years of marketing or social media content operation/placement experience
  • Familiarity with mainstream social media platforms (Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Weibo, WeChat) and their content/traffic logic
  • Ability to assist in executing marketing plans and managing social media content/ads
  • Skills in monitoring social media sentiment and maintaining brand reputation

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. According to the monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans formulated by the marketing department, assist in the execution of marketing plans as required by the supervisor.

2. Assist in the content operation and "seed planting" on mainstream social platforms (Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.), assist in content review, ad placement progress, and other related work. Liaise with agencies and advertising companies for work follow-up.

3. Assist in monitoring social media sentiment and search popularity, and maintain brand reputation.

4. Assist in operating brand social media accounts, such as Xiaohongshu and WeChat accounts, and publish content according to the brand's annual plan.

5. Assist in the implementation of large IP events and marketing activities on e-commerce platforms.

Job Requirements

1. 1+ years of experience in marketing or social media content operation/placement. Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) background preferred. Understands consumers and products, familiar with industry trends. Experience in this industry preferred.

2. Familiar with mainstream social media (Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Weibo, WeChat, etc.), understands content operation logic and traffic logic. Experience operating content accounts preferred.

3. Possess good brand insight for products, good expression skills, and clear logical thinking ability.

4. Possess certain e-commerce and big data thinking ability, familiar with e-commerce channels, and able to communicate efficiently with channels and e-commerce departments.

5. Possess certain writing skills, good aesthetic sense, and fashion sensitivity.

6. Strong planning, execution, and coordination skills.

7. Innovative thinking ability, possess knowledge iteration ability.

8. Able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, possess good stress management ability.
