Job Summary

This role is for a Regional Sales Engineer/Supervisor in Hefei, responsible for managing sales of electronic components (relays, connectors, switches, etc.). Key duties include achieving sales KPIs, managing distributors by setting goals and assisting in their achievement, maintaining existing client relationships, developing new business, and managing customer risks. The role requires approximately 50% travel per month.
