Job Summary

This Management Trainee position in the Electrical major is for 2026 fresh graduates. The role involves 6-12 months of cross-regional and departmental rotation, participating in module work to understand operational mechanisms, and contributing to optimization and innovation. Trainees will also be involved in promoting lean management projects and cross-departmental collaboration. The program includes leadership, communication, and industry knowledge training, with regular progress reports. Candidates should have a strong learning ability and be able to work under pressure, with a willingness to work in the aluminum processing and trade industry and accept potential assignments.

Must Have

  • Complete 6-12 months of cross-regional and professional department rotation
  • Participate in module work to understand and master enterprise/department operational mechanisms
  • Assist in operational optimization and innovation
  • Participate in the promotion, cooperation, and implementation of lean management projects
  • Participate in team-driven process improvement and cross-departmental coordination and cooperation
  • Attend specialized training in leadership, communication, and industry knowledge
  • Regularly and specifically share and report phased growth achievements
  • 2026 fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree or above
  • Major in Electrical or related fields
  • Willingness to work in the aluminum processing and aluminum trade industry
  • High comprehensive quality, strong learning ability, and certain ability to withstand pressure
  • Able to accept company assignments

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Complete 6-12 months of cross-regional and professional department rotation.

2. Participate in module work in rotating regions and professional departments; familiarize and master the operating mechanisms of the enterprise and department; assist in operational optimization and innovation.

3. Participate in the promotion, cooperation, and implementation of lean management projects at the group headquarters.

4. Participate in team-driven process improvement and cross-departmental coordination and cooperation.

5. Attend specialized training in leadership, communication, and industry knowledge.

6. Regularly and specifically share and report phased growth achievements.

Job Requirements:

1. 2026 fresh graduates, Bachelor's degree or above; Electrical or related majors.

2. Willingness to work in the aluminum processing and aluminum trade industry, eager for opportunities for rapid development.

3. High comprehensive quality, strong learning ability, and certain ability to withstand pressure.

4. CCP members, main cadres of university student unions/graduate student unions are preferred.

5. Able to accept company assignments.
