Job Summary
The Administrative Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing office and production area renovations, establishing administrative systems, managing company assets, and ensuring daily operational support including catering, accommodation, and procurement. The role also involves basic HR support, external liaison with local authorities, and assisting technical teams with government subsidy applications and high-tech enterprise declarations. This position requires strong multi-tasking, stress resistance, and proficiency in Office software.
Must Have
- Lead office and production area renovations and government approvals.
- Establish and manage administrative systems, assets, and documentation.
- Oversee daily logistics and operational support.
- Provide basic HR support, including attendance, payroll, and employee procedures.
- Manage external administrative relations with local authorities.
- Assist with administrative materials for government subsidies and enterprise declarations.
- 3+ years of administrative management experience.
- Ability to manage multi-threaded tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in basic financial and HR practical operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Bachelor's degree or above.

- Experience in factory or plant setup.
- Familiarity with renovation and government approval processes.
- Proficiency in DingTalk, WeChat Work, or other OA systems.
- Willingness to accept phased overtime and on-site follow-up.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Coordination: Lead the renovation and implementation of office and production areas, liaising with design, construction, supervision, and government approval processes (fire, environmental, safety).
2. Administrative Infrastructure: Establish company administrative systems, processes, and archive systems; manage company seals, licenses, contracts, and fixed assets.
3. Logistics Support: Coordinate daily operations such as employee meals, accommodation, office supplies procurement, utilities, property management, and vehicle dispatch.
4. HR Support: Responsible for attendance statistics, employee onboarding/offboarding procedures, file establishment, and basic recruitment coordination.
5. External Liaison: Handle administrative communication with local authorities such as street offices, police stations, power supply, water supply, and sanitation.
6. Project Collaboration: Assist technical and engineering teams in preparing administrative materials for government subsidies, high-tech enterprise declarations, etc.
Job Requirements
1. Experience: 3+ years of administrative management experience, experience in factory/plant setup preferred, familiar with renovation processes and government approval procedures.
2. Abilities:
- Able to independently drive multi-threaded tasks, strong stress resistance, adapt to a high-intensity, fast-paced startup environment.
- Possess basic financial and HR practical skills, able to independently complete attendance, payroll calculation, and employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently connect internal and external multi-party resources.
3. Skills:
- Proficient in Office (Excel for attendance/payroll, Word for official documents).
- Proficiency in DingTalk/WeChat Work/other OA systems preferred.
4. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited, ability is more important than diploma.
5. Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and pragmatic, proactive in filling gaps, able to accept phased overtime and on-site follow-up.
