Job Summary
Responsible for multi-store operations, managing 3-7 direct-operated Sisyphe bookstores, and accountable for sales results, team, and personnel. Develop sales strategies, provide feedback to headquarters, and maximize resource utilization to support business outcomes. Drive external promotions, execute company-level reform projects, ensure operational standards, and handle emergencies. Oversee staff adaptation, job placement, talent pipeline, and ensure employees master skills like cashiering, sales, customer service, product creation, and merchandise display. Requires a college degree or above, 5+ years in chain systems, 3+ years in chain management, strong goal orientation, stress resistance, and team management/training abilities.
Must Have

Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for multi-store operations, managing 3-7 direct-operated Sisyphe bookstores, and accountable for the sales results, team, and personnel of the stores under their jurisdiction.
2. Responsible for determining the sales strategies for the stores under their jurisdiction and promptly providing feedback on sales plans and resource requirements to the headquarters.
3. Fully deploy various resources of the stores under their jurisdiction to maximize support for business results.
4. Fully utilize external promotion and marketing resources to explore sales potential and promote the achievement of sales results.
5. Responsible for the implementation and execution of company-level reform projects in the stores under their jurisdiction, ensuring result delivery.
6. Responsible for the execution results of operational standards in the stores under their jurisdiction.
7. Properly handle emergencies in the stores under their jurisdiction, maintain the company's image, and report promptly to the direct supervisor.
8. Ensure that employees in the stores under their jurisdiction are suitable and competent for their positions, and establish a talent pipeline.
9. Ensure that employees in the stores under their jurisdiction master skills such as cashiering, sales techniques, customer service, product production, and merchandise display.
Qualifications
1. College degree or above, with a preference for majors in management, economics, or marketing.
2. 5+ years of work experience in a chain system, 3+ years of chain management experience, with a preference for multi-store management experience.
3. Strong sense of goal and strong stress resistance.
4. Strong team management and training influence, capable of inspiring team enthusiasm.
