La Cigale Hotel Managed by Accor is seeking a Concierge Supervisor to lead and support its concierge team in Doha, Qatar. This role involves ensuring a luxury guest experience, handling requests and complaints, training staff, and coordinating with other departments. The ideal candidate will have previous concierge or front-of-house experience, strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and a passion for hospitality. Must Have

Job Description
- Supervise and support the concierge team in daily operations
- Ensure consistent delivery of a luxury guest experience
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with professionalism and discretion
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
- Maintain up-to-date local knowledge and partnerships
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and service procedures
- Support scheduling, reporting, and operational tasks
Qualifications
- Previous concierge or front-of-house experience, preferably in a luxury hotel
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of local attractions, dining, and services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
- Leadership and coaching capability
