Section Engineer- Telecom

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Section Engineer- Telecom to join our team in Surat, India. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of telecommunication systems and infrastructure. This includes designing and optimizing network architectures, conducting site surveys, developing expansion plans, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Must Have

• Oversee planning, implementation, and maintenance of telecommunication systems and infrastructure.
• Design and optimize telecom network architectures.
• Conduct site surveys and perform technical feasibility studies for new telecom projects.
• Develop and implement network expansion plans.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of telecom systems.
• Monitor network performance and conduct regular audits.
• Prepare technical documentation, including network diagrams, installation guides, and maintenance procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging telecom technologies and industry standards.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Total 10 years of experience with minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Metro projects.

Qualifications
