As a Deputy Object Manager in security services in Straußberg, you will play a crucial role in supporting the object management to ensure comprehensive security, maintain structural integrity, and facilitate smooth operational workflows within the assigned object. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting with the overall security and order, actively monitoring the adherence to all safety regulations, and coordinating various operational processes. You will also be expected to professionally represent the object management during their absence, conduct regular control and patrol rounds, and demonstrate calm, clear, and solution-oriented actions even in high-pressure situations.

Must Have

  • Support object management in ensuring security and order in the object
  • Participate in monitoring compliance with all security regulations
  • Support object management in coordinating all processes
  • Represent object management during absence and professionally interact with guests and employees
  • Conduct control and patrol rounds
  • Act calmly, clearly, and solution-oriented even in stressful situations
  • At least expertise according to §34a GewO
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken
  • Basic English language skills
  • First aid & fire protection knowledge
  • Extended certificate of good conduct without entries
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Friendliness, style, and clear communication
