• Monitoring and ensuring security within the hotel and outdoor areas
• Conducting regular patrols
• Responding to emergencies and assisting with the evacuation of guests and employees
• Documenting security incidents and creating reports
• Collaboration with hotel management and police on security-relevant matters
• Assisting guests with questions and concerns

Qualifications

• Expertise certificate according to §34a GewO
• Very good German language skills and basic English language skills
• Friendly, self-confident, and professional appearance in a suit
• Fitness and athleticism
• Willingness to work shifts (primarily evening and night hours)
