Must Have

• Receive and process incoming phone calls
• Receive, register, and attend to visitors
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and order
• Perform opening and closing rounds in the object
• Set up and arrange chairs and tables according to a given plan
• Document relevant processes and cooperate closely with the client
• Work in early and late shifts
• Expertise examination according to §34a GewO
• Impeccable extended certificate of good conduct
• Readiness for day and night shifts
• Good English and German language skills, written and spoken
• IT skills
• Well-groomed appearance
• Pronounced service activities

Good to Have

• Fire and first aid responder (internal training possible)
• Additional foreign language skills

Job Description
