Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul, a distinguished five-star luxury hotel, is seeking a Store Supervisor. This role involves managing main and earthquake-related storage areas, planning and monitoring orders, handling procurement processes, preparing market lists, managing stock using FIFO, ensuring warehouse hygiene, monitoring equipment, conducting stock counts, and coordinating with various departments to support internal and financial audits.

Must Have

  • Manage and organize main and earthquake-related storage areas.
  • Plan and monitor orders based on stock levels.
  • Handle ordering and goods receipt processes for procurement-approved products.
  • Prepare and distribute daily market lists to relevant departments.
  • Transport, store, and verify invoices/delivery notes for products.
  • Manage stock according to FIFO principle and maintain warehouse records.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, pest control, and organization.
  • Monitor and arrange repairs for damaged equipment.
  • Conduct monthly stock counts and prepare inventory closure reports.
  • Track and manage slow-moving items.
  • Monitor products approaching expiration and prevent waste.
  • Assign tasks and ensure workflow for warehouse staff.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Accounting, Kitchen, F&B, and Housekeeping departments.
  • Control uniform, linen, and operational equipment storages when necessary.
  • Support internal and financial audits.
  • Knowledge of stock and warehouse management (FIFO, inventory tracking).
  • Proficiency in ERP / inventory tracking systems and MS Office (Excel).
  • Planning, organization, and workflow management skills.
  • Team management and coordination abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Sense of responsibility and discipline.
  • Ability to make quick and accurate decisions in crisis and emergency situations.
  • Adaptability to high work tempo and flexible working hours.

Job Description
