Job Summary

The Performance & KPI Lead will serve as the central point of contact for KPI and Performance activities within the Planning & Supply Chain group, ensuring alignment across Planning, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Finance. This role involves creating a holistic view of internal cross-financial processes, developing KPIs, implementing models to improve visibility and decision-making, driving process standardization, and leading initiatives for cost control, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Must Have

  • Act as primary liaison between Planning & Supply Chain teams and Finance.
  • Build a holistic framework for financial processes (Inventory/Exposure, Variances, Budget).
  • Develop and implement KPI frameworks to measure performance.
  • Create models and dashboards for visibility and insights.
  • Drive process standardization and alignment across teams.
  • Lead initiatives to improve cost control, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, supply chain planning, or business operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

Good to Have

  • Experience in KPI development and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and operational processes.
  • Project management experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive professional to join our Planning & Supply Chain group. This role will serve as the central point of contact for KPI and Performance activities, ensuring alignment between Planning, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Finance. You will create a holistic view of internal cross - financial processes, develop KPIs, and implement models that improve visibility and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between Planning & Supply Chain teams and Finance.
  • Build a holistic framework for financial processes across:
  • Inventory/Exposure (e.g., inventory models, forecasting, entitlement, revenue vs demand vs capacity)
  • Variances (e.g., MCOS cycles, PPV, repairs, supplier cancellations)
  • Budget (e.g., HC models, ROI, vision)
  • Develop and implement KPI frameworks to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Create models and dashboards for visibility and insights.
  • Drive process standardization and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Lead initiatives to improve cost control, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, supply chain planning, or business operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in KPI development and process optimization.
