Job Summary
N-iX is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the successful execution of end-to-end cloud infrastructure programs for a leading global company specializing in electronic signature solutions. The role involves leading planning, coordination, and delivery across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment between technical implementation and business goals, and providing high-visibility reporting to executives. This position requires managing technical programs with 50+ engineers and architects, focusing on cloud platform migrations, control plane design, and infrastructure automation.
Must Have
- At least 7 years of experience in a relevant or closely related role
- Proven experience managing end-to-end cloud infrastructure programs, including large-scale migrations and platform initiatives
- Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams of 50+ engineers, architects, vendors, and stakeholders
- Solid technical understanding of cloud platforms, control plane architecture, and infrastructure automation pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to align technical delivery with business objectives and provide executive-level reporting and communication
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project
- Strong risk management, documentation, and compliance skills, with the ability to ensure on-time delivery of complex technical programs
- Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English level

We are looking for Technical Program Manager to join our team.
Our client - is a leading global company specializing in electronic signature and digital agreement solutions. It helps businesses securely prepare, sign, manage, and store documents online, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the successful execution of end-to-end cloud infrastructure programs
- Lead planning, coordination, and delivery across internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure alignment between technical implementation and business goals
- Provide high-visibility reporting to executives and key stakeholders
- Manage technical programs involving 50+ engineers, architects, and stakeholders
- Lead cloud infrastructure initiatives such as:
- Cloud platform migrations
- Control plane design and deployment
- Infrastructure automation pipelines
- Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure on-time delivery of milestones in collaboration with engineering, operations, and business teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for program execution, communication, and issue resolution
- Use project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project to track deliverables and progress
- Apply Agile/Scrum frameworks to facilitate team workflows and continuous improvement
- Present regular updates to executive leadership on program status, risks, and business impact
- Coordinate vendor activities and manage third-party deliverables and service agreements
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies
