R&D Program Manager

CyberArk is seeking a highly motivated R&D Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional programs across multiple R&D divisions. The role involves ensuring alignment to business priorities, driving continuous improvement through data analysis, and implementing scalable solutions to enhance R&D effectiveness. The manager will design and institutionalize best practices for planning and execution, coach teams on new methodologies, and partner with senior leadership to define goals and communicate insights. This position requires fostering strong stakeholder alignment and transparent communication across engineering, product, and executive teams.

Must Have

• Lead strategic, cross-functional programs across multiple R&D divisions

• Coach and enable teams to adopt new methodologies, tools, and processes

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a program manager in R&D, preferably in a global SaaS company
• Proven track record of successfully driving large complex initiatives, leading change management, and implementing SDLC process improvements
• Strong understanding of R&D methodologies and tools, product development life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data

What you know:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a program manager in R&D, preferably in a global SaaS company.
• Proven track record of successfully driving large complex initiatives, leading change management, and implementing SDLC process improvements end to end, while being detail-oriented and maintaining accuracy
• Strong understanding of R&D methodologies and tools, product development life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decision-making and process optimization.
