Must Have

• Master's degree or equivalent obtained within the last two years
• Significant first experience in sales and/or management

• Valid B driving license
• Mobile throughout France for the program and after graduation
• Fluent in French and English (oral and written)

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You participate in a structured managerial development program in several phases covering the main areas of expertise of an Agency Manager: sales, customer service, fleet management, and human resources, while benefiting from exposure to different types of agencies during your rotations.
• You manage and motivate your team to ensure an exceptional customer experience and strong commitment from each employee. You will be responsible for the integration, training, and development of your teams.
• You are in charge of managing commercial objectives and animating sales in the agency, implementing levers to achieve quantitative and qualitative results. You monitor the performance of your agency, initiate and deploy actions to improve results.
• You manage the agency's vehicles by optimizing their use and profitability. You also ensure compliance with internal procedures and the appearance of the agency.
• You manage your agency's budget and are proactive in optimizing costs and improving operational efficiency.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education and experience You have obtained a higher education degree, Master's or equivalent, within the last two years and have significant first experience in sales and/or management. You are ready to take your first steps in agency management and evolve quickly.
• Management skills You have a strong results-oriented culture and are able to unite your teams to achieve commercial and service objectives.
• Passion for customer relations You make it a point of honor to satisfy your customers and offer them an exceptional experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit Ambitious, determined, and motivated, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and are ready to take on responsibilities quickly.
• Mobility and license You hold a valid B driving license and are mobile throughout France during your training program and after your graduation to take responsibility for your first agency.
• Languages You are fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Turnkey program and rapid assumption of responsibilities An accelerated and comprehensive training that allows you in 12 months to take full responsibility for a SIXT agency.
• Attractive compensation A fixed monthly salary of 2550€ + uncapped variable, year-end bonus, and profit-sharing bonus.
