Internship - Lean Project Manager Engineer (M/F) - Douai

Eurofins Analyses Alimentaires France, a network of French laboratories specializing in agri-food analysis, is seeking an intern engineer - Lean Project Manager (M/F) for Eurofins Laboratoire Nord. The intern will join a production team, reporting to the production manager, to monitor and implement production and cost indicators (TRS, SMED, 5S). Key missions include digitalizing production indicators, managing projects from action plans (5S, planning optimization, sample fluidity), and conducting profitability studies.

We are looking for an intern Engineer – Lean Project Manager (M/F) within Eurofins Laboratoire Nord. This person performs analyses in the fields of chemistry and microbiology for the food industry, retailers and caterers.

Job Description

Within a production team and reporting to our production manager, your role will be to monitor and implement production and cost indicators (TRS, SMED, 5S, etc.).

Your main missions and responsibilities:

• Monitoring production indicators: work on the digitalization of indicators and production animation. Make data entry easier for production indicators.
• Project management following the established action plan: 5S of workstations, planning optimization, sample fluidity.
• Profitability study

Qualifications

From an engineering school or university (Bac +4, Bac +5)

You have already worked or have an interest in the following areas:

• You are interested in setting up appropriate indicators for our production department
• You are interested in studies to propose solutions and action plans.
