As a Key Manager, you play an essential role in providing a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. You bring energy, styling expertise, and a customer-oriented mindset to everything you do—from the fitting room to the checkout. Your typical day involves offering an exceptional shopping experience, acting as a cashier, leveraging product knowledge to drive sales, maintaining an attractive sales floor, and participating in store operations.

Must Have

• Offer an exceptional shopping experience fostering strong customer relationships and long-term loyalty
• Assume the role of cashier, processing customer transactions with professionalism and attention
• Leverage product and current promotion knowledge to drive additional sales at checkout
• Maintain an attractive sales floor by adhering to brand presentation and merchandising standards
• Participate in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth daily activities
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while committing to providing an exceptional customer experience
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

• Two years of experience in sales or customer service
