About this opportunity:
At WSP, we are looking for a Head of ITO to join our Property & Buildings team.
The candidate will be responsible for the administration of contracts for various contractors within a large-scale project. On-site work, resident on-site in Santiago.
Requirements:
- Degree in careers related to the position, such as Engineer / Builder / Architect.
- Ten to fifteen years of work experience as Head of ITO.
- Experience in supervision and management of large-scale building projects in markets such as retail, Industrial, Hospital, and Data Centers.
- Leadership and autonomy to manage a team in the context of contract administration with different stakeholders.
- Management and handling capacity with public and private institutions such as Municipality, Seremi, DOM, Electricity Companies, Sanitary Companies, etc.
- Availability for field work, driver's license, availability to work outside Santiago and travel if projects require it.
