Project Engineer (J10086)

The Project Engineer is responsible for managing project documentation, including APQP files and meeting minutes. Key tasks involve participating in reviews of product design, process planning, molds, and supplier technical aspects, tracking issues, and ensuring their closure. The role also includes creating engineering BOMs (including SAP BOMs), managing material applications, and collaborating on PPAP data collection. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in an engineering field, possess project planning and progress management skills, and be familiar with IATF16949, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP tools, as well as proficient in Office software.

Job Introduction

Responsibilities:

1. Collect and organize APQP documents, provide feedback on delayed parts to the project manager, and track the completion of outputs.

2. Record, organize, and archive project meeting minutes.

3. Participate in the review of product design, process planning, molds, inspection tools, fixtures, equipment, and packaging solutions, organize the list of issues, and track their closure.

4. Participate in supplier technical reviews, organize the list of issues, and track their closure.

5. Create engineering BOMs (including SAP BOMs); manage material applications and shipments during the project process.

6. Collaborate with quality personnel to collect PPAP data.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, in an engineering-related major.

2. Possess project plan preparation and progress management capabilities.

3. Possess certain daily communication and coordination skills.

4. Have a certain understanding of IATF16949 system, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP tools.

5. Proficient in Office software (Excel/PPT).

6. Can apply basic quality tools to analyze process problems and provide support to the team.
