Job Summary
The HR and Administration Supervisor will be responsible for formulating HR management systems, conducting recruitment, managing compensation and benefits, and handling employee relations. Additionally, the role involves administrative tasks such as license and archive management, fixed asset inventory, office supplies procurement, and official vehicle management. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Must Have
- Formulate HR management systems and work processes, and supervise the process
- Conduct recruitment based on actual work needs
- Summarize and calculate employee attendance monthly, and disburse salaries and social insurance and housing fund benefits
- Properly handle employee relations procedures, including onboarding, offboarding, transfer, and other related procedures
- Responsible for the safekeeping and renewal of various company licenses
- Responsible for the archive room management, including receiving, archiving, managing, transferring, and daily borrowing of archive materials
- Responsible for daily logistics support, including fixed asset inventory, office supplies procurement, and official vehicle management
- Responsible for other tasks assigned by superiors

Job Description
Job Introduction
Qualifications:
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Administrative Management, Business Administration, or related majors;
2. Work experience: 3+ years of experience in HR and administration, experience in the same position in hotels/office buildings/commercial complexes is preferred;
3. Professional skills: Familiar with national and local labor laws and regulations, proficient in practical processes of HR modules such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations; possess experience in administrative work such as license management, archive management, proficient in using Office software;
4. Comprehensive qualities: Possess good communication and coordination skills and writing and organizational skills, meticulous and rigorous in work, strong sense of responsibility, good service awareness and teamwork spirit.
Responsibilities:
(1) HR Work
1. Formulate relevant human resource management systems and work processes, and supervise the process;
2. Conduct recruitment based on actual work needs;
3. Summarize and calculate employee attendance monthly, and disburse salaries and social insurance and housing fund benefits;
4. Properly handle employee relations procedures, including onboarding, offboarding, transfer, and other related procedures.
(2) Administrative Work
1. Responsible for the safekeeping and renewal of various company licenses;
2. Responsible for the archive room management of the comprehensive department, including receiving, archiving, managing, transferring, and daily borrowing of archive materials;
3. Responsible for other daily logistics support work, including regular inventory management of company fixed assets, office supplies procurement, and official vehicle management;
4. Responsible for other tasks assigned by superiors.
