Job Summary

Contributes to the execution of business strategies of global organizations for all people related matters by consulting for a best-fit application of HR policies and tools as a strategic Business Partner. Key responsibilities include defining and executing an HR roadmap, supporting employee lifecycle phases, coaching management, and ensuring compliance with local labor law. The role requires at least 3 years of HR experience, strong communication, and a strategic mindset.

Must Have

  • At least 3 years working experience with >= 2 years of experience in a HR Business Partner or relevant roles
  • Strong capability in communication, listening and establishing trustful and cooperative relationships with business functions
  • A proactive, growth and strategic mindset and the ability to manage ambiguity and complexity
  • Strong learning agility and empathy, with good understanding of the business and capability to translate business strategy to people strategy
  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar field of studies
  • Solid knowledge of Chinese labor law
  • Fluency in English

Good to Have

  • Multidisciplinary experience within an international organization is a plus

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

1. Contributes to the execution of business strategies of global organizations for all people related matters by consulting for a best-fit application of HR policies and tools as a strategic Business Partner

2. Defines and executes an HR roadmap for related business area; supports the different phases of an employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding and people development by partnering with other counter parts in HR

3. Coaches and supports Management and consults employees. Be an Infineon ambassador in contact with employees, managers, and external entities, promoting and developing the Infineon culture and focusing on attraction and retention of the existing talents in the company

4. Coordinates and deploys global and local HR processes, policies within the areas of responsibility, such as people development, compensation, organizational development, etc.

5. Is responsible for Employee Relations topics within the scope of responsibility. Resumes governance role with regards to HR tools, policies and legislation, ensures full compliance with local labor law, operating and developing personnel related processes complying with the respective valid legislation

6. Joins or leads site or functional projects when applicable
