Employment & Payroll Specialist

Fool's Theory, a gaming company established in 2018, is seeking an Employment & Payroll Specialist. The role involves comprehensive HR and payroll duties, including preparing employment documents for foreigners, managing employee records, processing payroll, handling benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in HR and payroll, practical knowledge of relevant laws and software, and strong English communication skills. The position offers flexible hours, remote or hybrid work options, and various benefits.

Must Have

• Prepare documents and manage processes for hiring foreigners.
• Prepare employee documentation for employment and civil law contracts.
• Enter data into the HR and payroll system.
• Control and archive documents.
• Monitor deadlines for medical examinations and OHS training.
• Record working hours, employee leave, and sick leave.
• Prepare payrolls.
• Operate timekeeping software.
• Manage employee benefits.
• Maintain ongoing contact with employees.
• Handle enforcement proceedings.
• Prepare ZUS, PIT, PFRON, GUS, PPK declarations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and payroll.
• Practical knowledge of labor law and social insurance.
• Knowledge of Płatnik and PUE ZUS programs.
• Knowledge of Optima program.
• English language proficiency for HR/payroll and foreign hiring.

• Preparing documents and managing the process related to hiring foreigners.

• Entering data into the HR and payroll system.
• Controlling and archiving documents.
• Monitoring deadlines for medical examinations and OHS training.
• Recording working hours, employee leave, and sick leave.
• Preparing payrolls.
• Operating the timekeeping program.
• Managing employee benefits.
• Ongoing contact with employees.
• Handling enforcement proceedings.
• Preparing ZUS, PIT, PFRON, GUS, PPK declarations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and payroll - essential condition.
• Practical knowledge of labor law and social insurance.
• Knowledge of Płatnik and PUE ZUS programs.
• Knowledge of Optima program.
• English language proficiency enabling free communication in HR and payroll topics and hiring foreigners - essential condition.
