Job Summary
Integrant is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join its growing technology services company. This role involves supporting the HR department by coordinating interviews, scheduling Zoom meetings, confirming attendance, tracking feedback, and generating reports on HR-related data. The candidate will also assist with various HR initiatives, contributing to a dynamic workplace with a flexible hybrid model.
Must Have
- Coordinate interviews by scheduling Zoom meetings for candidates and interviewers
- Confirm attendance for interviews and ensure all parties are informed of changes
- Assist in tracking and collecting feedback from interviewers promptly
- Generate and maintain reports on interview metrics and other HR-related data using Excel
- Support various HR initiatives as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism

- Prior experience in an HR or administrative role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Role Overview:

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
