Job Summary
In the role of Senior Analyst, Global Compensation & Benefits, you will manage all benefits matters in India and EMEA, including renewals, Open Enrollment, and day-to-day transactions. You will assist in implementing and executing the Annual Compensation Planning (ACP) and Annual Incentive Plan. You will also oversee the CTC structure and maintain data integrity in Workday. This critical role involves bringing expertise in global compensation planning, job benchmarking, and benefits to make the company's offer competitive in the market, dealing with external partners for Salary Surveys and global benefits.
Must Have
- More than 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Ability to influence change and form robust recommendations
- Resourceful and collaborative approach
- Proficiency in Excel (Macros, Access, Pivot table) and Power BI
- Deep analytical skills and attention to details
- Skilled in managing external partners for salary surveys and global benefits
- Good at dealing with third-party administrators to resolve employee claim issues and inquiries
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in human resources or equivalent

In the role of Senior Analyst, Global Compensation & Benefits, you will manage all benefits matters in India and EMEA, including but not limited to renewals, Open Enrollment, and day-to-day transactions. You will assist in implementing and executing the Annual Compensation Planning (ACP) and Annual Incentive Plan. You will also oversee the CTC structure and maintain data integrity in Workday. You will participate in salary surveys globally, and benefits policies and programs, and make appropriate recommendations. You will act as a subject matter expert to employees, managers, and the People Partners team, and participate in decision-making.

Related experience. Ideally, more than 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits will be suitable for this role as it demands good expertise in these areas.

Excel skills and Power BI. You know how to work in Excel and use different formulas including Macros, Access, Pivot table, etc. Power BI is something that you are dealing with every day.
Data and Analytics. You have deep analytical skills, pay attention to details, and can utilize data to influence decision-making.
External partners and Third Parties. You are skilled in managing external partners for salary surveys and global benefits by ensuring the submissions meet deadlines. You are also good at dealing with third-party administrators to resolve employee claim issues and inquiries as needed.
Education. A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in human resources or equivalent.
