Senior Pricing Analyst

As a Senior Pricing Analyst at Conga, you will be a key analytical engine for the Pricing Strategy team, mastering commercial and customer data to build the infrastructure for effective pricing decisions. This hands-on role involves conducting quantitative analyses, building pricing models, and generating actionable insights to drive product packaging, pricing strategies, and market responses during a major pricing transformation.

Must Have

• Conduct quantitative analyses (e.g., churn, margin impact)
• Build pricing models and revenue forecasts
• Analyze commercial and customer data using SQL, Python, or R
• Design and maintain pricing dashboards and KPI tracking in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Deliver automated and ad-hoc reports on pricing performance, discount effectiveness, and competitive positioning
• Lead competitive benchmarking, market/customer research, survey design, and win/loss analysis
• Build financial models, ROI and economic value analyses
• Support pricing experiments and A/B testing
• Manage SKU creation, catalog updates, and system implementations
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, IT, and Finance
• Maintain accurate pricing documentation
• 5–7 years in pricing analytics, business analysis, or revenue operations (preferably B2B SaaS)
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and SaaS metrics
• Advanced in Excel, SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Experience with Salesforce
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Clear, concise communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s in finance, economics, statistics, data analytics, mathematics, or related field

Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training.
