The Revenue Coordinator supports the Revenue Manager in maximizing rental revenue and profitability for a multi-property portfolio. This analytical role involves assisting with inventory management, pricing strategies, and rate audits to ensure accurate and competitive positioning across all distribution channels. Must Have

  • Assist the Revenue Manager with pricing strategies and inventory restrictions
  • Track daily inventory movement to help maximize rental availability and profitability
  • Conduct daily rate shops of the defined competitive set and audit rate parity across distribution channels
  • Review online booking channels from the consumer perspective to ensure rates are displaying accurately
  • Load and update rates in CSD and Resort Solutions systems
  • Perform audits in CSD and Resort Solutions to confirm correct rate display
  • Generate reports, as directed by the Revenue Manager, to support inventory and pricing decisions
  • One to two years of related experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with solid interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and self-confidence
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Job Description

The Revenue Coordinator supports the Revenue Manager in maximizing rental revenue and profitability across a multi-property portfolio. This role focuses on assisting with inventory management, pricing strategies, and rate audits to ensure accurate and competitive positioning across all distribution channels.

This is a detail-oriented, analytical support role ideal for someone looking to grow within revenue management, pricing, or hospitality analytics, while working closely with leadership in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do (Other duties as assigned)

  • Assist the Revenue Manager with pricing strategies and inventory restrictions.
  • Track daily inventory movement to help maximize rental availability and profitability.
  • Conduct daily rate shops of the defined competitive set and audit rate parity across distribution channels.
  • Review online booking channels from the consumer perspective to ensure rates are displaying accurately.
  • Load and update rates in CSD and Resort Solutions systems.
  • Perform audits in CSD and Resort Solutions to confirm correct rate display.
  • Generate reports, as directed by the Revenue Manager, to support inventory and pricing decisions.

What You'll Bring:

Experience and Education

  • One to two years of related experience.
  • High school diploma or GED; and one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
