AP/PTP Lead

The AP/PTP Lead at Lovable will be responsible for bringing order, clarity, and control to a critical part of the company's financial operations, specifically the Procure-to-Pay process. This role is crucial for scaling responsibly, managing risk, and supporting growth within a fast-paced tech environment. Lovable is a Stockholm-based company enabling software creation in any language, used by millions globally, and is at the forefront of a foundational shift in software development.

Must Have

• Deep understanding of SOX-ready processes, controls, and audits.
• Proven ability to design and run procure-to-pay processes end-to-end.
• Comfortable operating hands-on as an IC while building for future scale.
• Structured, pragmatic, and able to bring clarity without bureaucracy.
• Exposure to global vendor environments and high transaction volumes.

Good to Have

• Experience as Head of Accounts Payable, AP Manager, or P2P Lead in large and complex tech companies.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process.

• Ensure AP processes are audit-ready and aligned with SOX-level expectations.

• Drive automation and system improvements to reduce manual work and errors.

• Act as the main partner to Finance, Legal, and stakeholders across the company.

• Lead level invoice approvals

• Influencer and affiliates spend governance

• Expense and reimbursement workflows

• Travel management (candidates and employees)
