NCR Voyix is a leading global provider of digital commerce solutions for the retail and restaurant industries. This HR Representative role involves responding to inquiries regarding HR policy, procedures, the HR Portal, and self-service forms. The representative will interact with managers and employees via email, web requests, live chat, and phone, resolving standard problems, gathering information, and recording data in HR tools. They will also monitor transaction status, escalate issues, prepare written communications, and generate daily/weekly incident reports.

  • Ability to work on the night shift
  • Excellent Business Writing and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Attention to Detail and Organization

Our HR Representative responds to inquiries regarding HR policy and procedure, the HR Portal and HR self-service forms associated with particular HR transactions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries regarding HR policy and procedure, the HR Portal and HR self-service forms associated with HR transactions
  • Interact with managers and employees via e-mail, web requests, live chat and phone
  • Accepts and routes requests for assistance over the telephone, via e-mail, via live chat, and through web forms, working directly with customers to resolve recurring or standard problems
  • Gathers information and records data in HR tools
  • Monitors transaction status and escalates transactions, as necessary
  • Prepares error-free written communication including e-mails and letters
  • Escalation of appropriate actions to other parties
  • Follow up with customers to ensure completion of task within specified performance parameters
  • Generates daily and weekly incident reporting, translate/create documents, as necessary

Work Environment:

  • Night shift to accommodate NAMER and LATAM operations (flexibility required).
  • Involves prolonged periods of PC and telephone usage in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is accountable for continuously receiving and handling high volumes of work orders.
  • Works in a team environment; interacts with multiple internal and external customers.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Psychology, Human Resource Management)
  • Ability to work on the night shift
  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent Business Writing and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Attention to Detail and Organization
