Job Summary

Electronic Arts is seeking a Talent Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Hyderabad. This role supports the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, maintaining ATS records, managing documentation, coordinating travel, auditing offer details, and supporting new-hire onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting people and processes in a fast-paced, global environment.

Must Have

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team
  • Coordinate, schedule, and track interviews across multiple business groups and global time zones
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Manage and track candidate documentation, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), interview feedback, and other hiring-related records
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and process associated expenses
  • Review and audit offer-related details to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Support new-hire onboarding activities, including transaction processing and coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Partner closely with People Experience teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Prior experience in coordination, operations, or support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Role

We are excited to invite applications for the role of Talent Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad. This position is ideal for someone with coordination experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment who is eager to contribute to an internationally recognized brand.

As a Talent Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting end-to-end recruitment operations while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and People Experience partners, you will help ensure a seamless, efficient, and professional hiring and onboarding process. This role is well suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about supporting both people and processes.

What You’ll Do at EA:

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, working under the guidance of Talent Specialists and the TA POM Manager.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and track interviews across multiple business groups and global time zones, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Manage and track candidate documentation, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), interview feedback, and other hiring-related records.
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and process associated expenses in accordance with company policies.
  • Review and audit offer-related details to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Support new-hire onboarding activities, including transaction processing, coordination with internal stakeholders, and preparation of onboarding materials.
  • Partner closely with People Experience teams, including HR Business Partners, Global Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, and Workday, to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Contribute to recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Talent Acquisition team as required.

  • Prior experience in coordination, operations, or support role, preferably within recruitment or a people-focused function.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple interviews, stakeholders, and competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
