Job Summary
Wildlife is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition & University Relations Partner to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role involves driving efforts to find, attract, and hire exceptional talent for the Operations team, as well as leading the University Recruiting efforts and managing the Internship Program end-to-end. The partner will work closely with Hiring Managers to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, growing business. This is a hybrid-model position based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Must Have
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Operations roles.
- Own and drive Wildlife’s Internship Program and university recruiting.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for business-critical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job profiles and strategies.
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Stay current on recruiting trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize strategies.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- 3 or more years of experience in Recruiting.
- Experience managing or supporting University Recruiting and Internship Programs.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving attitude.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong follow-through.
- Passion for finding and securing top talent.

About the Role
We're looking for a talented Talent Acquisition & University Relations Partner to join Wildlife's Talent Acquisition team!
As a TA & UR Partner, you’ll be a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, driving efforts to find, attract, and hire exceptional talent for the Operations team. Additionally, you will lead our University Recruiting efforts, managing the Internship Program end-to-end, ensuring we attract and develop top early-career talent. You’ll work closely with Hiring Managers and cross-functional partners to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while helping build a team that shapes the future of Wildlife Studios.

What you'll do
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Operations roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- University Recruiting: Own and drive Wildlife’s Internship Program, building relationships with universities, sourcing top early-career talent, and managing the program’s full lifecycle.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for business-critical positions.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job profiles, and align on recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a positive and professional experience for every candidate, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and feedback.
- Market Expertise: Stay current on recruiting trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure success and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Diversity Hiring: Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by developing strategies to attract talent from underrepresented groups.
What you'll need
- 3 or more years of experience in Recruiting;
- Experience managing or supporting University Recruiting and Internship Programs;
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition platforms;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and peers;
- Advanced English;
- Interest in Gaming is a plus.
