Job Description

Internet Brands is seeking a mission-oriented Corporate Tech Recruiter to join their in-house team in El Segundo, California. This full-cycle recruiting role requires a consultative approach to hire new employees for key growth initiatives, supporting national talent acquisition for brands under the WebMD vertical. Responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment processes, collaborating on job descriptions, actively sourcing talent, optimizing job postings, screening candidates, and managing interviews. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and proficiency in social media and job boards.

Must Have:
  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing and negotiating offers

  • Actively source and engage active and passive talent by leveraging referrals, leads, technology, external recruiting partners, events, and more
  • Optimize the job posting and advertising processes
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates
  • Manage the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders

This is a full-cycle recruiting role requiring grit, energy, and a consultative approach to hire new employees supporting our key growth initiatives. You’ll be supporting the national talent acquisition needs of several brands under the WebMD vertical:

What You’ll Do:

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally technical recruiting
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Excellent communicator and well-organized

At Internet Brands, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the compensation for this role to start at $45,000 + commission and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
