This Sr Strategy & Operations Associate role in the Centralized AI Division involves leading cross-functional initiatives across operations, strategy, AI, marketing, and product. The associate will manage complex projects, develop scalable processes, and collaborate with various teams to drive progress and achieve strategic goals. Must Have

  • Lead, plan, and coordinate projects across multiple departments.

  • 2-3 years in strategy and operations role(s).
  • Proficient in data analysis and creating/interpreting complex spreadsheets.
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Able to evaluate situations, identify risks, and develop strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), Microsoft Excel, and presentation software.

Good to Have

  • Background in AI, digital marketing, or technology sectors.
  • Experience with advanced Excel functions, data analysis, and visualization tools.
  • Experience building detailed, data-driven, compelling presentations.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced, proactive Strategy & Operations Associate to join our newly formed Centralized AI Division and work directly with the SVP of Growth and Operations. This key role will lead cross-functional initiatives across operations, strategy, AI, marketing, and product for a fast-growing business unit. The ideal candidate is skilled at managing complex projects, developing scalable processes, and collaborating across teams to drive progress and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project & Program Management: Lead, plan, and coordinate projects across multiple departments, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables align with strategic goals.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a liaison between operations, strategy, marketing, and product teams, promoting clear, consistent communication and fostering collaboration among busy stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Analysis & Reporting: Develop, manage, and interpret project tracking documents and spreadsheets; draw actionable insights from data to inform decisions and provide project updates.
  • Strategic Support: Work closely with the SVP of Growth and Operations to support growth initiatives and adapt project plans in response to evolving business needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with team members across levels, from junior associates to senior leaders, adapting communication styles to suit different audiences and ensure alignment.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, enhance team efficiency, and streamline cross-functional processes.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively by analyzing root causes and proposing effective solutions that align with both immediate needs and long-term objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in strategy and operations role(s), ideally within a strategy consulting, AI, digital marketing, tech, or internet-focused environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and adept at creating and interpreting complex spreadsheets, utilizing data to drive decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for clear, professional communication across multiple functions and levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Critical & Strategic Thinking: Able to evaluate situations from various angles, identify risks, and develop strategies to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar), Microsoft Excel, and presentation software.
  • Personality Traits: Outgoing, adaptable, and easy to work with; thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Background in AI, digital marketing, or technology sectors is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Experience with advanced Excel functions, data analysis, and visualization tools.
  • Advanced PowerPoint/Google Slides Skills: Experience building detailed, data driven, compelling presentations up to and including Board of Directors-level audiences
  • Certification: PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications are advantageous but not required.
