Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with senior stakeholders in client organizations (SMEs and large corporates), including CEOs, CFOs, Vice Presidents, and similar roles, to understand their business and financial performance.
- Resolve client issues by collaborating with internal teams and other departments within D&B, ensuring the quickest and most efficient solutions while coordinating with the sales team.
- Maintain strict adherence to SLAs and SOPs, with a strong commitment to doing the right thing when circumstances require.
- Review reports prepared by the team, which may cover SMEs as well as large corporates and vary in content depending on the report type.
- Perform complex analyses and work on financial and business research-based assignments and reports.
- Collaborate with members of other Strategic Business Units (SBUs) for specific projects.
Key Requirements:
- CA or MBA with 8+ years of experience in banking or credit rating industry in a client-facing role.
- Strong ability to understand and analyze financial statements.
- Excellent communication skills – articulate in both verbal and written English and Hindi.
