Job Summary

SoftwareOne and Crayon are seeking an APAC P&C Employee Life Cycle Ops Analyst in Gurgaon, India. This role focuses on HR operations and payroll accuracy, managing payroll inputs and reconciliations for over 2000 employees in India, with a preference for APAC exposure. The analyst will ensure compliance with local labor laws, process employee life cycle transactions with zero errors, maintain accurate records, and support automation initiatives using modern HR tools like Workday and ServiceNow. The position requires strong attention to detail and a service-first mindset.

Must Have

  • Manage payroll inputs and reconciliations for 2000+ employees in India
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Process employee life cycle transactions (promotions, transfers, exits) with zero errors
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and statutory inspections
  • Ensure payroll activities comply with country-specific laws and company policies
  • Support automation initiatives and digital workflows
  • Track payroll metrics and contribute to process improvements
  • Maintain and ensure employee records are accurate and up to date in Workday and ServiceNow
  • 4–6 years in HR Operations, with at least 3 years in payroll
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with HR systems
  • Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, and payroll vendor platforms
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for reconciliations and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-first mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
