Job Summary

Internet Brands is seeking a Recruiter for full-cycle recruiting across its brand portfolio. The role involves ensuring a positive candidate experience, managing ATS records, sourcing director and executive-level candidates, consulting with the Executive team on organizational needs, and developing sourcing strategies based on market trends. Candidates should have at least 6 months of recruiting or HR support experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Must Have

Job Description

Currently in search of a Recruiter to handle full-cycle recruiting for positions across our brand portfolio.

We continue to grow rapidly and need your help to find key talent!

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates
  • Engage in written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) candidate records
  • Network with, source and recruit director and executive level candidates
  • Consult with the Executive team to identify organizational needs based on business strategy
  • Use knowledge of market and industry trends, labor market data and competitors to develop sourcing plans and strategies.
  • Build candidate pipelines to fill current and anticipated vacancies
  • Organize and document post-interview debriefing and feedback with the recruiting team

Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of experience in a recruiting or human resources support role, highly preferred (full cycle recruiting is ideal)
  • Competency in MS Office required
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
  • Strong professionalism, discretion, and a customer service mindset
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Superior time management and multi-tasking ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated passion for talent acquisition and significant experience identifying, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
