Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

Human Resources Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, business consulting, or related leadership roles.
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices including compensation, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws.
  • Knowledge of California Employee Law mandatory
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday.
