Must Have

  • Proven experience producing web-based educational or customer service content.
  • Skilled in content architecture, storytelling, and conveying complex information clearly.
  • Capable of multitasking, meeting deadlines, and managing project timelines effectively.

  • Collaborate with project teams comprising product owners, HR leads, and communication specialists to deliver content solutions.
  • Manage the full editorial lifecycle, from drafting and editing to approval, publishing, and feedback collection.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to identify gaps and implement improvements.

Senior Content Designer Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of corporate writing experience, with a background in English, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience producing web-based educational or customer service content.
  • Skilled in content architecture, storytelling, and conveying complex information clearly.
  • Capable of multitasking, meeting deadlines, and managing project timelines effectively.
  • Familiar with content management tools and platforms such as Adobe or ServiceNow; knowledge of HTML is a plus.
