We’re partnering with a leading industry company to find a talented Senior Software Developer to join their team. The role involves contributing to a critical application supporting call center operations, with a focus on adding new features and migrating legacy functionalities. This opportunity is ideal for experienced developers with a strong background in C# and .NET, who thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working within an Agile Scrum framework. The position offers a chance to engage in complex projects within a dynamic, innovative setting. The role is Hybrid Mon-Thur Onsite and Friday Remote in San Antonio, TX.

Must Have

• Design, modify, and develop software applications and operating systems aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with team members, including product owners and testers, to ensure functionality meets story specifications.
• Implement code changes, participate in code reviews, and deploy updates to production.
• Engage in daily stand-ups, pairing sessions, and sprint planning to support Agile methodologies.
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting and resolve issues during development and live operation to maintain system stability.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to support team success.
